Presidents' Tankard 

The Hertfordshire RFU is pleased to announce a new knock out competition for the Presidents' Tankard which has been presented to the County by the past and present Hertfordshire RFU Presidents. This new competition fits between the Presidents' Cup and the Presidents' Trophy to make three tiers of knock out competitions for the Hertfordshire clubs. 

The clubs competing for the Trophy are drawn from League levels 7 and 8 (London 2 North West and 3 NorthWest), with the clubs above in the Cup and those below in the Trophy. 

Unfortunately the bad weather earlier in the season has caused a fixture congestion which has disrupted the inaugural Tankard competition. Three results have been obtained so far, two produced from 2^nd Team contests and one from a double Header with a further double Header to be played next week.
