The draw for this competition was made on Saturday, 29th November.

The Cup competition is for all Hertfordshire Clubs that play in at level 7 (London 3 North West) and above. All of the 10 qualified clubs have entered this season's competition.

Bishop's Stortford, Harpenden, Old Albanian and St Albans automatically received a bye to the second round, because of their continuing involvement in the EDF Energy Intermediate Cup or Senior Vase.

Because that leaves 6 clubs to qualify for the 4 remaining places in the second round, 2 clubs received a bye to the second round.

The First Round draw is:

Letchworth and Tabard received a bye to the second round.

The Matches are scheduled to be played on Sunday, 4th January 2009, kick off 1.45 pm

Round 2 is scheduled for Sunday, 18th January 2009.
